MKP Gym – Liability Waiver

1. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in physical exercise and the use of gym equipment involve inherent risks including but not limited to:

  • muscle injuries
  • joint injuries
  • cardiovascular events
  • falls
  • equipment-related accidents

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in training activities.

2. Health Declaration

I confirm that:

  • I am physically capable of participating in exercise
  • I do not have any medical condition that would make exercise unsafe
  • I have consulted a physician if necessary before engaging in physical training

I understand that it is my responsibility to monitor my physical condition during exercise.

3. Self-Service Facility

I understand that MKP Gym operates as a self-service facility and that:

  • there may be no staff or trainer present
  • I am responsible for my own safety
  • I must use all equipment correctly and responsibly

4. Proper Use of Equipment

I agree to:

  • use equipment only for its intended purpose
  • follow proper safety practices
  • avoid unsafe behavior

Improper use of equipment may result in injury.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless:

MKP Gym, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates

from any claims arising from:

  • injuries
  • accidents
  • damages
  • losses

resulting from my participation in gym activities.

This release applies except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

6. Personal Property

MKP Gym is not responsible for:

  • lost items
  • stolen property
  • damaged belongings

Users bring personal items at their own risk.

7. Equipment Damage

I agree to be responsible for any damage caused to gym equipment or facilities due to:

  • misuse
  • negligence
  • violation of gym rules

8. Security Cameras

I acknowledge that the facility may use security cameras for safety and security purposes.

9. Agreement

By creating an account, booking sessions, or entering the gym facility, I confirm that I have read and understood this Liability Waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
